We want you and your baby to be completely comfortable in your new carrier, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in original, unwashed condition. If your Tula isn't the perfect fit, our easy return process ensures a smooth exchange or refund experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your carrier.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
